- Green Chilies: 2, finely chopped
- Fresh Coriander Leaves: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- KLW Seekh Kebab Masala: 1-2 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Besan (Gram Flour): 2 tablespoons (for binding)
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon (for tanginess)

Procedure:
- Preparing the Soya Chunks:
- Boil water in a pan and add the soya chunks. Cook for 5-7 minutes until soft. Drain and cool.
- Squeeze out excess water and finely chop or pulse in a food processor until coarsely ground.
- Preparing the Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped soya, boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, KLW Seekh Kebab masala and salt as per taste.
- Add besan or chana flour for binding. If the mixture is too wet, adjust with more besan or bread crumbs until it holds together well.
- Forming Kebabs:
- Take a portion of the mixture and shape it around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it adheres. Aim for even thickness for uniform cooking.
- Cooking the Kebabs:
- Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease the kebabs with oil to prevent sticking.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the kebabs are golden brown and slightly charred.
- Serving:
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the skewers and serve hot.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with mint chutney or yogurt dip for added flavor.
